Wonderful pie book!
This is the kind of baking book you love to sit down with and just read. The author's passion for pie comes through on every page! He adds useful tips and interesting information with each recipe. This is a cookbook I will be buying as gifts for friends who enjoy baking and as a bridal shower gift. It is excellent.

Pie Book
This book contained very few pictures of pies. It was full of a lot of words but I couldn't even find a simple egg custard pie recipe on my first look through. Disappointed. Would not recommend it.

Pie was purchase as a Christmas gift for out family most serious pie maker/gynecologist. She loved the book and is now baking pies whenever she is not delivering babies. We are looking forward to the next pie she will be making!
